We hold what we build.

Capital circulation for the country's economic development is the first objective in our charter. That framing shapes how we underwrite: long horizons, tangible assets, and returns that survive a full cycle rather than a favourable quarter.

    Our charter opens with developing the capital market to mobilise the funds the country's economy needs. We invest to keep capital moving into productive assets, not to park it.

    Land, buildings, plant and infrastructure sit behind most of what we hold. Physical assets discipline the underwriting and set a floor under the return.

  3. 03 — Built for the resident

    Urbanisation in Nepal has outpaced planning. We develop for lower and middle income households as a design brief, not an afterthought — serviced land, and homes people can buy in instalments.

  4. 04 — Inside the licence

    Every regulated line — securities, contracting and supply — proceeds only with the approval of the relevant authority. Nothing operates ahead of its permit.

The company is incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2063, with its memorandum filed under Schedule 10. Regulated activities — securities investment, contracting and supply — are carried out only under the approvals the relevant authority grants.

  1. Share transfers require the approval of the Board of Directors (सञ्चालक समिति).

  2. Amendments to the Memorandum of Association require a special resolution of the general meeting and take effect after filing with the Registrar's Office where required.

  3. Provisions that conflict with the Companies Act, 2063 are void to the extent required by law.
